Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Poppy Jane is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
• Checking with household members
• Checking with neighbors
• Looking around your mailbox or delivery area
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly
We are happy to assist customers with opening a carrier investigation when necessary.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Poppy Jane is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Package Protection
Optional package protection may be available at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Customers who decline this protection assume responsibility once the package has been delivered by the carrier.
Carrier Delays
Poppy Jane is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
