What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and styling assistance.
- Build genuine relationships with customers.
- Help drive sales and meet store goals.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with shipments, inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with customers.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Retail or sales experience is a plus.
The Details
Position: Boutique Stylist/ Sales Associate
Location: 1476 Main Street, Sarasota, FL
We're flexible on scheduling and happy to work with either option below:
Option 1 — Flexible Availability: 20–30 hours/week, with a mix of weekday and weekend availability. Minimum of 2 Saturday shifts per month required.
Option 2 — Evening Shifts Only: 5–9pm or 6–9pm, Thursday through Saturday. Looking for someone who can commit to these shifts on a fairly consistent basis.
